We are looking for a Company Secretary Trainee to assist with corporate legal and compliance-related assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

Assistance in compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 and related rules.
Preparation and filing of MCA forms, annual returns and other statutory filings.
Drafting of notices, agendas, board resolutions, minutes and statutory registers.
Assistance in incorporation, alteration and closure of companies and LLPs.
Compliance work under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.
Assistance in FEMA and RBI-related filings, including FDI and overseas investment compliances.
DSC application, registration, renewal and related coordination.
Assistance in trademark application, registration, objection and renewal matters.
Client coordination, document collection and maintenance of compliance records.
Research on corporate laws, rules, notifications and regulatory updates.
