Key Responsibilities

Prepare classic cocktails, signature cocktails, mocktails and other beverages as per standard recipes.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation and portion control.
Suggest and develop new cocktails and seasonal beverage menus.
Ensure proper handling, storage and stock control of bar ingredients.
Maintain bar hygiene, cleanliness and equipment standards.
Follow responsible alcohol service practices and outlet SOPs.
Coordinate with the Bar Manager and service team for smooth operations.
Control wastage and maintain beverage cost within targets.
Assist in cocktail promotions, events and special menus.
Provide good guest interaction and recommend drinks based on guest preferences.

Candidate Profile

2–5 years of experience as a Mixologist/Bartender in a premium restaurant, lounge or bar.
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, modern mixology and bar techniques.
Good knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, bitters and cocktail ingredients.
Creative, presentable and guest-focused.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of bar hygiene, stock handling and beverage costing

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
