Your role

Prepare monthly Forecasts, Actuals, and Annual Budgets for P&L and KPIs
Perform financial reporting with dashboards, commentary, and variance analysis (Budget/Forecast/YoY)
Conduct financial and variance analysis to support business decisions and improvements
Ensure data accuracy, validation, and reconciliation of financial information
Support Business Reviews, 3-Year Plans, and ad-hoc management requests
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, HR, Finance)
Ensure governance, internal controls, and SOP compliance
Drive process improvements, automation, and digitization initiatives
Engage with stakeholders on delivery, performance, and future planning

Your profile

Experience Range: The ideal candidate should possess 6-12 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of accounting concepts, financial statements, and P&L drivers
Experience in financial planning, reporting, and analytics
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, HFM preferred)
Knowledge of data analytics, visualization & storytelling
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Problem-solving mindset, proactive and adaptable approach
High attention to detail, timeline-driven, and governance-focused
