Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day SOC operations and manage shift activities.
Investigate and respond to threat alerts from Wiz/CSPM or equivalent cloud security platforms.
Perform EDR/XDR alert analysis and endpoint threat investigations.
Conduct phishing and email security analysis, including malicious URLs, attachments, and BEC incidents.
Analyze and correlate alerts across SIEM, EDR, CSPM, email, cloud, and identity platforms.
Handle security incidents, escalations, containment, and remediation coordination.
Mentor L1 analysts and provide technical guidance during complex investigations.
Communicate incident findings, impact, and remediation recommendations effectively to clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills

3+ years of SOC/Cybersecurity experience, with experience as a Senior SOC Analyst / L2 / Shift Lead.
Hands-on experience with Wiz or other CSPM/CNAPP tools.
Strong experience with EDR/XDR platforms such as CrowdStrike.
Strong phishing/email investigation experience.
Experience with SIEM platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel / Splunk / Google SecOps.
Good understanding of Incident Response, MITRE ATT&CK, Threat Intelligence, and Threat Hunting.
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.
