Full job description

Are you passionate about crafting seamless, high-performance, and visually appealing websites?

Clarosys Technologies is looking for a skilled WordPress Frontend Developer who can transform creative ideas into fully functional, responsive, and engaging websites. You will play a key role in building modern digital experiences using Elementor, custom themes, and strong frontend skills.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the design team to convert UI/UX designs into interactive websites
Build and customize WordPress websites using Elementor
Develop custom WordPress themes as per project requirements
Ensure responsive design across all devices
Implement animations, transitions, and engaging UI elements
Optimize website performance (speed, SEO, responsiveness)
Troubleshoot and fix frontend issues
Maintain and update existing websites
(Optional) Contribute to custom plugin development
Guide the interns

Required Technical Skills

Minimum 2+ years of experience in WordPress development
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHOTOSHOP, FIGMA
Hands-on experience with Elementor
Experience in custom WordPress theme development
Understanding of responsive design principles
Basic knowledge of SEO-friendly development
Familiarity with JavaScript (preferred), jQuery
Knowledge of WordPress plugin development (added advantage)

Candidate Requirements

Strong attention to detail and design sense
Problem-solving mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills
Portfolio showcasing previous work is mandatory

Good to Have

Knowledge of PHP
Client handling / requirement understanding skills
Ability to convert ideas into technical execution
