A Scanning Assistant digitizes physical documents and objects into electronic formats, ensures digital data accuracy, and organizes files into secure storage systems. Duties include operating scanning machinery, indexing files, reviewing documents for quality control, and maintaining electronic databases. Core Duties: Preparing, scanning, and indexing high volumes of paper documents, invoices, or archives.
Key Skills: Data entry, attention to detail, and proficiency in document management and MS Excel.
Example Target: Back-office associates scanning and verifying invoice/banking data. [1, 2, 3]

Medical & Dental Clinics

Core Duties: Using 3D scanners, CBCT equipment, or intraoral wands to capture patient anatomy (teeth, jaw).
Key Skills: Dental anatomy, hand-eye coordination, and patient care (reassuring and positioning patients).
Example Target: Dental lab technicians or healthcare scanning assistants.
