PURPOSE
The Academic Director is a vital executive leadership role responsible for shaping, integrating, and maintaining the highest educational and behavioral standards at Miri Piri Academy. Serving as the primary authority in charge of the entire campus during academic hours, this role demands a commanding, visionary educator.
The Director masterfully harmonizes a unique multi-curriculum ecosystem: project-based Expeditionary Learning (EL) for the lower grades, alongside a dual-track upper school program (Cambridge IGCSE/A-Levels and a US-style High School Diploma). Crucially, the Director ensures the entire academic engine is anchored within the spiritual values of Sikh Dharam—weaving history, daily meditation, and Gurdwara practice into a rigorous school structure that develops conscious, globally competitive leaders.
