Your Journey with Strong Roots
Strong Roots is currently in its Founding Pilot Phase.
Over the coming weeks, we'll be conducting a series of pilot sessions with families across the Tricity region to refine our curriculum, coaching philosophy and overall experience.
During this phase
Founding Guides will be engaged on a per-day basis, allowing us to work together as we build and learn.
Compensation during the pilot phase:
Lead Strong Roots Guide₹2,500–₹3,500 per pilot day
Assistant Strong Roots Guide₹1,500–₹2,000 per pilot day
Travel reimbursement and meals will also be provided during pilot sessions.
Our Long-Term Vision
We're not looking for temporary coaches.
We're looking for people who want to help build Strong Roots from the very beginning.
As we complete our pilot phase and prepare to open our first permanent Strong Roots centre (currently planned over the coming months), our intention is to invite our strongest pilot team members to become our Founding Full-Time Guides.
That means:
Monthly salary
Regular coaching schedule
Ongoing professional development
Leadership opportunities as Strong Roots grows

We're currently hiring Founding Growth Coaches for our pilot programs.
