About EVERGO Tours

EVERGO Tours is the backend operations office of the Wordcraft Group of Companies – UAE, a diversified business group operating across several sectors, including legal translation, PRO services, travel, education, business setup, and early childhood education.

The group includes Wordcraft Legal Translation, Wordcraft PRO, EVERGO Tours, Balloon Nursery, and Wordcraft Institute. Our Kerala-based backend team supports the group's UAE operations through customer service, administration, coordination, documentation, and other operational functions.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is professional, approachable, and customer-oriented to join our growing backend operations team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer communications, understanding client requirements, providing accurate service-related information, coordinating with relevant departments, and ensuring timely follow-up throughout the customer journey.

The role may also involve supporting other operational activities across different business divisions depending on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication platforms promptly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide clear information regarding available services, procedures, and required documentation.
Handle both incoming and outgoing calls for enquiries, follow-ups, confirmations, and service coordination.
Maintain accurate customer details, enquiry records, follow-up information, and service updates in CRM systems and internal databases.
Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, translation, administration, marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Follow up with customers regarding pending documents, requests, payments, and service progress when required.
Keep track of pending enquiries and ensure that customer requests are addressed within the required timeframe.
Assist with routine administrative and backend operational activities as assigned by management.
Maintain customer confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication and effective service support.
Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate matters to the concerned department when necessary.
Contribute to improving customer service standards and overall operational efficiency.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management based on business requirements.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in customer service, customer support, client relations, telesales, or call centre operations will be an advantage.
Freshers and recent graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
Knowledge of Arabic, Malayalam, or Hindi will be an added advantage.
Good customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
Ability to communicate confidently and professionally over telephone and digital platforms.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer requests and prioritise tasks effectively.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, email communication, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Candidates should be responsible, punctual, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
