Description

We are looking for a Marketing Executive (BTL) to plan and execute on-ground marketing activities, engage directly with potential customers, generate leads, and support brand promotion through targeted campaign activations.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute campaign activations such as events, promotions, stalls, and customer engagement activities.
Identify and reach out to potential customers through direct and on-ground marketing.
Visit different locations to identify marketing opportunities and potential customers.
Interact with customers, explain products/services, and collect feedback.
Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, campaign activities, and results.
Monitor the performance of marketing activities and prepare basic reports.
Coordinate with the internal teams to convert leads generated through BTL activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
Experience: 0 - 1 year
Good communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable with customer interaction.
Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities.
Ability to coordinate with multiple people and manage activities independently.
Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in marketing can also apply.
