Full job description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director of R&D. The ideal candidate should be skilled in communication, scheduling, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and clients. Strong expertise in Google Sheets, email drafting, calendar handling, and client communication is required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative & Executive Support

Manage the Director’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Handle calendar scheduling using Google Calendar or similar tools.
Draft, review, and send professional emails on behalf of the Director.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.

2. Communication & Coordination

Coordinate meetings with clients, and internal teams.
Arrange telephonic, virtual, and in-person meetings as per requirement.
Maintain smooth communication flow

3. Documentation & Data Management

Maintain and update records, files, and confidential documents.
Work extensively with Google Sheets for data management, reports, and analysis.
Assist in preparing minutes of meetings and follow-up action points.

4. Client Handling

Set up client meetings and maintain regular follow-ups.
Ensure timely communication, scheduling, and documentation for client interactions.

5. Miscellaneous Tasks

Support in research-related documentation and project coordination.
Handle travel arrangements, event planning, and administrative tasks for the Director.
Ensure all tasks are completed with accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 2–4 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong command over Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Gmail, and MS Office.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines efficiently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and high level of confidentiality.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience working with R&D or a technical team.
Strong problem-solving ability and proactive approach.
Ability to handle pressure and work independently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
