Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage recruitment, administration, vendor coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and people management skills.
Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.
Administration
- Oversee office administration and employee records management.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and operational requirements.
- Ensure smooth functioning of workplace facilities and employee support services.
Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, consultants, and service vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely service delivery.
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
- Assist in payroll inputs and HR compliance activities.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR policy implementation.
- Handle employee queries and general HR administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum year of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Experience in administration and vendor management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
