Job Description: Net Metering Document Executive (Back Office)Company Profile

We are a Solar EPC company with more than 5 years of experience in rooftop solar projects. We are actively working under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojna, providing end-to-end solar solutions including documentation, installation, and coordination with electricity departments.

Net Metering Document Executive (Back Office)

Reporting To

Project Head & T&M Department

Job Location

Office-based

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)

Job Responsibilities Net Metering Documentation

Maintain complete customer document files related to net metering.
Ensure proper verification, accuracy, and completeness of all documents.
Handle documentation for PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojna projects.

File & Data Management

Segregate and maintain customer folders properly on the computer.
Maintain records in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Regularly update project status, document tracking, and approvals.
Ensure data security and proper backup of important files.

Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with Electricity Office (AE / JE) for net metering approvals and follow-ups.
Build and maintain a good professional relationship with electricity department officials.
Coordinate with installer/site teams for document completion and project progress.
Follow up for pending documents, signatures, and approvals.

Reporting & Office Discipline

Prepare and submit regular reports to the Project Head and T&M Department.
Maintain office discipline, professional behaviour, and confidentiality.
Ensure timely reporting with accuracy, accountability, and responsibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / 12th pass (preferred).
Basic knowledge of solar net metering process (preferred).
Good working knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets.
Basic computer skills and file management.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work with responsibility and accountability.

Honest, disciplined, and reliable.
Ability to handle multiple files and deadlines.
Willingness to learn and grow in the solar industry.
