Full job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious Driver to provide transportation support for employees, management, and official company requirements. The ideal candidate should have a valid driving license, a clean driving record, and good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport company employees, management, and visitors to assigned destinations.
Pick up and deliver documents, materials, and other official items as required.
Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy at all times.
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly.
Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, servicing, and maintenance.
Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
Plan efficient travel routes to ensure timely arrivals.
Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, insurance renewals, and pollution certificate renewals.
Assist with loading and unloading of materials, if required.
Be available for travel to project sites and outstation trips when necessary.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10th Pass (preferred).
Valid LMV/Transport Driving License.
Minimum 3–5 years of driving experience.
Experience driving SUVs, sedans, and commercial vehicles is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent driving skills with a strong safety record.
Good knowledge of city routes, highways, and navigation tools.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
Punctual, disciplined, and reliable.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies responsibly.

Preferred Experience:

Experience working with corporate offices, construction companies, or real estate organizations.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.

Key Requirements:

Valid Driving License.
Clean driving record.
Physically fit and medically sound.
No history of serious traffic violations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
