We are looking for an AI-First HR Manager who will partner with leadership to build a high-performance organization powered by people, culture, data, and AI. This role is designed for someone who combines strategic HR expertise with business acumen, AI adoption, leadership coaching, and organizational development.
This is not a traditional HR Manager role. We are looking for someone who can think like a business leader, design like an organizational strategist, and execute with the agility of a startup founder.
As the AI-First HR Manager, you will lead the evolution of Biz4Group's people strategy by integrating AI into every stage of the employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance, learning, engagement, and leadership development.
You will work closely with leadership to build scalable HR systems, strengthen organizational culture, develop future leaders, and create an exceptional employee experience that supports business growth.

Drive AI adoption across HR operations, talent management, learning, and employee experience.

Identify opportunities to automate repetitive HR processes while enhancing decision-making through AI.

Develop AI-powered HR workflows, dashboards, and people analytics.

Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business objectives.

Advise managers on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and team effectiveness.

6–10 years of progressive HR experience.

Minimum 3 years in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or Strategic HR leadership role.

Experience implementing AI tools within HR functions is highly preferred.
