Job Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Creative Head to lead the creative direction of our gifting company. As the Creative Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative design concepts that align with our brand identity. You will lead a dynamic team of designers, ensuring all creative outputs meet the highest standards of aesthetics and effectiveness. This role requires a strong sense of design, storytelling, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive creative strategy for the brand across all channels.
Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, product designers, illustrators, and content creators.
Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment of creative concepts with business goals.
Conceptualize and oversee the design of product packaging, promotional materials, website visuals, social media content, and advertisements.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual and creative communications.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor designs, and customer preferences.
Manage multiple projects, set timelines, and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
Provide constructive feedback to the design team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed.
Analyze the performance of creative campaigns and suggest improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in the e-commerce, gifting, or lifestyle industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects and campaigns.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute creatively.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand identity.
Passion for gifting, design, and creating memorable experiences.
