About the Role
Global Media Marketing & Communications Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent video editing skills, and the ability to create visually compelling content for digital platforms, corporate communications, government campaigns, and social media.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand creative briefs and develop design concepts based on project requirements.
- Plan project timelines and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
- Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Create logos, illustrations, banners, posters, infographics, brochures, and other branding collateral.
- Apply appropriate typography, color palettes, layouts, and visual elements to maintain brand consistency.
- Organize and maintain digital assets with proper backups for easy access and future use.
- Edit raw footage into engaging videos suitable for social media, advertisements, corporate films, documentaries, promotional campaigns, and events.
- Create high-quality reels, short-form videos, and long-format video content.
- Use motion graphics, animations, transitions, infographics, voiceovers, music, and sound effects to enhance videos.
- Perform color correction and color grading to achieve professional-quality visuals.
- Collaborate with content writers, social media managers, photographers, and marketing teams to produce creative campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, editing techniques, and creative tools.
- Perform any additional creative responsibilities assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma holder in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic designing and video editing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative designs, branding projects, advertisements, promotional videos, and digital campaigns.
- Proven experience in creating visuals for advertising films, documentaries, promotional campaigns, corporate communication, and social media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, and other industry-standard creative software.
- Experience in designing banners, posters, infographics, brochures, presentations, and social media creatives.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, branding, and layout design.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and video storytelling.
- Ability to select the most suitable visual style and digital platform to achieve campaign objectives.
- Creative thinking with excellent visualization and conceptualization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools and video editing software is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
