Job Description: CRM Executive / Associate | Metric / Parameter | Details | |---|---| | Job Title | CRM Executive / Customer Relationship Associate | | Location | Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site) | | Experience Level | 6+ Months (Entry / Junior Level) | 25000-30000 CTC | Industry / Sector | E-commerce, Real Estate, Gems & Jewelry, IT/SaaS, or Retail Services | | Employment Type | Full-time | | Department | Customer Relationship Management & Sales Support | About the Role We are looking for a proactive, customer-centric CRM Executive with 6+ months of experience to join our team in Jaipur. In this role, you will manage customer data, maintain communication across channels (Calls, WhatsApp, Email), track leads/orders, and coordinate internally with sales, production, and dispatch teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities * Customer Communication: Act as a key point of contact for client queries, post-sales support, feedback, and complaint resolution via phone, email, and WhatsApp. * Data Management & Entry: Log, update, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, pipeline stages, and contact details in the CRM software. * Lead Follow-Up & Nurturing: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to support retention, repeat orders, or payment/documentation updates. * Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with sales, operations, dispatch, and accounts teams to track order statuses, shipments, or service deliverables. * MIS & Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly Excel workbooks and update CRM dashboards tracking conversion rates, customer issues, and interaction histories. * Customer Retention: Assist in executing email/WhatsApp campaign updates, customer feedback surveys, and re-engagement drives for inactive accounts. Required Skills & Qualifications * Experience: Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in CRM operations, customer service, back-office coordination, or client relationship management. * Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.A., or equivalent). * Communication: Fluency in Hindi and good spoken/written English for professional phone and email communication. * Software Proficiency: * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filtering). * Familiarity with any standard CRM tool (e.g., Zoho CRM, Bitrix24, Salesforce, Hubspot, Vtiger, or internal ERP systems). * Soft Skills: Active listening, problem-solving mindset, organizational habits, and patience in handling client feedback. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Turnaround Time (TAT): Average response and resolution time for incoming customer queries. * Data Accuracy: Error-free entry and timely updates of customer logs and pipeline stages in the CRM. * Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): High positive feedback score from client interactions and query handling. * Follow-Up Discipline: On-time completion of scheduled client calls, documentation follow-ups, and lead tracking.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
