Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery: Teach mathematics to Senior Secondary classes (XI & XII) according to CBSE, ICSE, or State board standards.
Lesson Planning: Develop detailed lesson plans, including theory, practical problem-solving sessions, and annual academic plans.
Board Preparation: Focus on preparing students for board exams and competitive exams (e.g., JEE) by providing specialized materials and coaching.
Assessment & Evaluation: Set, administer, and grade tests, assignments, and examinations.
Innovative Teaching: Utilize digital tools and interactive methods to make abstract mathematical concepts easier to understand.
Mentorship: Mentor students for academic excellence, mathematical olympiads, or counseling.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational: Master’s Degree in Mathematics (usually 1st division) + B.Ed..
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level is often required.
Skills: Strong analytical thinking, classroom management, and proficiency in MS Office/online teaching tools.
