We are looking for a responsible, experienced, and visionary Principal who can effectively manage academic operations, teachers, and online school functioning while ensuring a high standard of education.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the complete academic and administrative operations of the school.
Manage and monitor the smooth functioning of online classes across all grades.
Supervise and guide teachers in lesson planning, teaching quality, and student engagement.
Ensure the effective use of digital teaching tools, online platforms, and smart classroom methods.
Develop and implement academic strategies to improve teaching quality and student performance.
Monitor curriculum planning, class schedules, attendance, and academic progress.
Conduct teacher observations, performance reviews, and provide training/support where required.
Maintain discipline, school standards, and a positive learning environment in the online setup.
Coordinate with parents, teachers, and management regarding student progress and school updates.
Handle school reports, academic planning, and other administrative responsibilities.
Ensure timely completion of syllabus, assessments, and academic activities.
Work closely with management to achieve institutional goals and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Master’s degree / Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field.
B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred.
Prior experience in a school leadership / principal / academic coordinator / vice principal role is preferred.
Strong understanding of school administration and academic management.
Experience in handling online education systems / digital learning environment will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
Good command over English and Hindi.
Comfortable using computers, digital boards, online platforms, and school management systems.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum experience in school administration / academic leadership preferred.
Must be capable of handling teachers, students, and academic operations efficiently.
Should be well-organized, disciplined, and result-oriented.
Ability to manage a school operating in online teaching mode.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
