Day Shift

Description

We are looking for a highly motivated AI Engineer to join our team in Rajkot. In this role, you will bridge the gap between experimental AI research and ROI-driven enterprise solutions. Working closely with our engineering pods, you will build scalable SaaS platforms, train predictive models, integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), and develop robust backend microservices.

Responsibilities

End-to-End AI Development: Design, train, and deploy a variety of AI models, ranging from traditional machine learning (classification, regression, clustering) to deep learning and computer vision.
Applied Generative AI: Integrate custom LLMs, build scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and utilize vector databases (Pinecone/Qdrant).
Data Processing & Engineering: Clean, preprocess, and analyze complex datasets to ensure high-quality model training and accurate real-world inferences.
Backend Development: Design and develop secure, resilient microservices to serve AI models using Python (FastAPI/Django) and Node.js.
Workflow Automation: Configure and deploy dynamic business engines using modern automation tools like n8n.
Database Management: Write optimized queries and manage data flows across PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and enterprise vector databases.
Cloud & DevOps: Collaborate to containerize applications (Docker) and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (Recent graduates or final-year students welcome).
AI/ML Foundation: Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, data structures, and OOP principles.
Hands-On Experience: Demonstrable experience (via GitHub portfolios, academic projects, or internships) building ML models, working with data pipelines, and creating RESTful APIs.
The "Maker" Mindset: A high degree of curiosity, rapid learning capabilities, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
Communication: Excellent English communication skills for documentation, team collaboration, and client updates.
