Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team in Rajkot. In this role, you will help build scalable, high-performance web applications and enterprise tools from the ground up. Working end-to-end alongside our engineering pods, you will develop responsive React front-ends, architect secure back-ends (Node.js or Python), and integrate modern edge infrastructure.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Development: Build, optimize, and deploy highly responsive user interfaces and admin panels using React and modern meta-frameworks like Next.js.
API & Backend Architecture: Design, create, and consume secure RESTful APIs to seamlessly connect front-end interfaces with complex business logic using Node.js or Python (FastAPI/Django).
Advanced Web Performance: Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) to ensure maximum performance, SEO optimization, and rapid load times.
Database Management: Write optimized queries, design schemas, and manage data flows across relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
Modern Edge Infrastructure: Deploy modern web apps and manage serverless functions, edge computing features, and rapid data fetching leveraging Cloudflare (e.g., Workers, Durable Objects).
Agile Delivery & Automation: Connect core applications to internal workflow automation pipelines (like n8n) and participate in daily stand-ups and live client demos.
Code Quality & Security: Write clean, maintainable code adhering to our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and OWASP security standards.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Recent graduates or final-year students welcome).
Foundational Knowledge: Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and advanced web fundamentals (DOM, HTTP lifecycle, caching strategies).
Hands-On Experience: Demonstrable experience (via academic projects, GitHub portfolios, or internships) building full-stack applications with React/Next.js and either Node.js or Python.
The "Maker" Mindset: A high degree of curiosity, rapid learning capabilities, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, essential for clear documentation, team collaboration, and client-facing updates.
