Job Overview
OneOnic Solutions is looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller & Product Demo Specialist to join our sales team.
The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their business requirements, explaining our SaaS products, conducting product demos, following up with prospects, and converting qualified leads into customers.
This role is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates who have strong communication skills and are interested in SaaS sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and business leads.
- Introduce OneOnic's SaaS products and explain their key features and benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and identify the right product or solution.
- Conduct online product demos for interested prospects.
- Clearly demonstrate product features, workflows, and use cases.
- Answer customer questions and handle basic product-related objections.
- Follow up with prospects after product demonstrations.
- Maintain regular communication with potential customers throughout the sales process.
- Convert qualified leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, demos, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM or other tools.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, demo, and sales targets.
- Collect customer feedback and share it with the sales, product, and marketing teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams when customers require additional information or technical assistance.
Requirements & Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi; Gujarati is an advantage.
- Confident speaking with customers over phone and video calls.
- Comfortable conducting online product demonstrations.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain software in simple language.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to learn SaaS products quickly.

Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, business development, or SaaS sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
Candidates with good communication skills, confidence, willingness to learn, and the ability to explain things clearly are encouraged to apply.
