SPECIAL NOTE : ONLY CA FINALIST SHALL APPLY, WORK IS PART TIME 2 DAYS A WEEK.
SALARY RANGE : 8000 - 12000 INR / MONTH

About Us

Marx Tradelink is a growing freight forwarding and logistics company based in Rajkot, delivering reliable, transparent, and efficient trade solutions to clients across India and international markets. We believe in strong systems, accountability, and long-term growth—for our clients and our team.

We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support our finance and operations teams. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in MIRACLE, TALLY, invoicing, receivables follow-ups, and payment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts on Tally (ERP)
Prepare and issue sales invoices, debit notes, and credit notes
Track outstanding balances and follow up with clients for timely collections
Prepare and share outstanding reports with management
Inform management about bills and payments due (vendors, shipping lines, transporters, etc.)
Assist in bank entries, expense recording, and ledger reconciliation
Coordinate with operations team to ensure billing accuracy
Support GST-related data preparation (returns filed by CA)
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
1–3 years of experience in accounting (logistics experience is a plus)
Strong working knowledge of Tally / MIRACLE
Basic understanding of GST and invoicing norms
Good follow-up and communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
