About the Role:
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3–4 years of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, pre-sales and post-sales support, and be familiar with AI technologies, especially CRM platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to create comprehensive documentation, and the capability to ensure clear project scoping for the development team.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Support pre-sales activities by understanding client needs, preparing proposals, and providing technical input.

Assist in post-sales processes, including requirement clarification, change requests, and client communication.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications such as BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD (Functional Requirement Document), Wireframes, and SOW (Statement of Work).

Evaluate and prioritize project requirements to ensure clear scope definition and successful delivery by the development team.

Stay updated on AI technologies, particularly CRM systems, and identify opportunities to leverage them in business processes.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and product management, to ensure project milestones are met.

Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

Strong understanding of requirement gathering, project scoping, and software development lifecycle.

Experience with pre-sales and post-sales support.

Familiarity with AI technologies and CRM platforms.

Proficient in creating BRD, FRD, Wireframes, and SOW documents.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
