Job Description – Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–3 Years (Healthcare sales experience preferred)
Salary: As per company standards + Incentives

Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting the company's healthcare services, conducting field visits, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
Promote the company's healthcare services to individuals, corporates, hospitals, clinics, schools, and societies.
Conduct client meetings and deliver presentations on company services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until closure.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
Coordinate with the Operations and Customer Support teams for smooth service delivery.
Attend promotional events, health camps, and exhibitions as required.
Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the reporting manager.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.

Required Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.
Ability to travel for client meetings and field sales activities.

Preferred Skills

Experience in healthcare, wellness, diagnostics, or medical services.
Knowledge of corporate sales and B2B business development.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of new clients acquired.
Monthly sales revenue achieved.
Lead-to-conversion ratio.
Client retention and repeat business.
Timely submission of reports and CRM updates.

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
