Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments through clinical interviews and standardized psychological tests.
Diagnose mental health conditions using DSM-5 or ICD guidelines.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs.
Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, including CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and other appropriate therapeutic approaches.
Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions as required.
Perform crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment, and safety planning when necessary.
Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely clinical documentation.
Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans based on therapeutic outcomes.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, counselors, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
Conduct psychoeducation sessions, workshops, and mental wellness programs for individuals and corporate clients.
Support workplace mental health initiatives and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs).
Stay updated with current research, ethical standards, and best practices in clinical psychology.

Required Qualifications

M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
Valid Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) registration is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.

Preferred Skills

Experience providing teletherapy or online counseling.
Proficiency in CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, or other evidence-based therapies.
Experience treating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, stress-related disorders, personality disorders, and other mental health conditions.
Experience conducting corporate wellness programs or Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) is an advantage.
Strong case management, documentation, and report-writing skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of post-qualification clinical experience as a Clinical Psychologist.
Experience in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based psychotherapy is required.
Prior experience in hospitals, mental health clinics, rehabilitation centers, or teletherapy platforms is preferred.
