Job Overview:

We're hiring a LinkedIn Strategist to own the end-to-end LinkedIn growth engine for our clients - coaches, founders, and online service providers. This isn't a "write posts and schedule them" role. You'll be responsible for building content systems that drive real follower growth, inbound leads, and audience trust on LinkedIn. You'll manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, each with its own voice, positioning, and growth goals. If you've personally taken LinkedIn accounts from near-zero to meaningful followings, then this role was built for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit each client's LinkedIn presence and build a content strategy from scratch
Analyse competitor and peer profiles to identify content gaps, trending formats, and engagement patterns worth leveraging
Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts across formats - storytelling, frameworks, opinion-led, Lead magnets, data-backed - maintaining each client's authentic voice
Run strategic engagement and commenting workflows to increase client visibility within their target audience
Monitor post performance, identify what's working at the format and topic level, and adjust strategy weekly
Write and optimize LinkedIn profile elements - headlines, About sections, Featured sections, experience descriptions to convert profile visitors into followers and leads

Who We're Looking For

2+ years working with creators or a creative/content agency
Proven track record of growing Multiple Linkedin Accounts - we'll ask for examples, and they should speak for themselves
Strong content ideation, research, writing and Strategy skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts independently without losing quality
Strong skills in content strategy and research
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
