We are not looking for a traditional content writer, copywriter, or social media manager.
We are looking for a Content Operations Manager who can oversee AI-driven content workflows, maintain quality standards, optimize performance, and help scale content operations across YouTube, blogs, digital publishing, and emerging AI-powered media channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage AI-powered content workflows across YouTube, blogs, and digital publishing platforms.
- Review AI-generated content to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Plan content calendars, publishing schedules, and campaign priorities.
- Monitor content performance using YouTube Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Identify trends, growth opportunities, and content optimization strategies.
- Manage publishing operations using tools such as Notion, WordPress, and digital publishing platforms.
- Maintain brand voice and content standards across multiple digital brands.
- Coordinate with automation and AI systems to ensure smooth content execution.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in content management, digital marketing, YouTube operations, editorial workflows, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of YouTube content strategy, audience engagement, and performance metrics.
- Comfortable working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Notion, WordPress, Google Analytics, and content scheduling tools.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify low-quality or off-brand content.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing YouTube channels, content brands, newsletters, or digital publications.
- Familiarity with Amazon KDP, Gumroad, or other publishing platforms.
- Basic understanding of automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
- Knowledge of SEO, content optimization, and audience growth strategies.
- Preference will be given to candidates from South India.
