Growth Executive – Client Acquisition

About My Growth Gear

At My Growth Gear, we help businesses grow by providing dedicated remote professionals who become a seamless extension of their teams. From Executive Assistants and Customer Support to Social Media Management, Graphic Design, and Digital Marketing, we help businesses focus on growth while we take care of the day-to-day execution.

We're looking for an experienced Growth Executive to join our Growth Division and play a key role in expanding our global client base.

What You'll Do

As a Growth Executive, your primary responsibility will be identifying and engaging businesses that can benefit from My Growth Gear's services.

Your responsibilities will include:

Prospecting and generating qualified B2B leads organically.
Building relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers.
Qualifying prospects based on their hiring needs.
Scheduling discovery calls with qualified prospects.
Maintaining an organized lead pipeline and regular updates.
Working closely with the founders throughout the acquisition process.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

Has 3+ years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Sales globally.
Has a proven track record of generating qualified business opportunities.
Is confident communicating with business owners and executives globally.
Can independently source leads through LinkedIn, professional communities, networking, referrals, email outreach, and other ethical methods.
Is self-driven, organized, and results-oriented.
Values professionalism, integrity, and long-term relationships.

Compensation

This is a 100% performance-based independent contractor role.

Our commission structure starts at 15% and can grow up to 40% based on performance, client value, and long-term contribution.

There is no earning cap. Your growth is directly tied to the value you create.

Commission is released after successful client onboarding.
