Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in managing online stores, product listings, inventory, order processing, and marketplace operations.

As an E-commerce Operations Intern, you will work closely with our team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple e-commerce platforms while learning industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms.
Update product titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
Monitor inventory and stock availability.
Process and track customer orders.
Coordinate with logistics partners for order fulfillment.
Handle product categorization and catalog management.
Monitor marketplace performance and identify listing issues.
Perform regular quality checks on product pages.
Assist in sales reporting and operational analysis.
Research competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
Support promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales.
Work with the marketing team to improve product visibility.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Familiarity with Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, or Meesho.
Basic understanding of SEO for product listings.
Experience with Canva or basic image editing.
Knowledge of inventory management tools.
