Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and innovative Head of Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (TA COE) to lead the transformation and optimization of our recruitment function with a strong focus on technology, automation, compliance, governance, process improvement, and policy development.You will be responsible for spear heading all employee experience touch points right from incubation to implementation and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end talent acquisition for non-distribution roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and high standards of quality and timeliness.
Develop and enforce governance frameworks, policies, and compliance standards across all recruitment activities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Drive the automation charter for the talent acquisition function by identifying, implementing, and optimizing technology solutions and automated workflows that enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Oversee project management for all TA COE initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and measurable impact on hiring outcomes.
Design and execute employer branding strategies aligned with the organization’s vision to attract top-tier talent, leveraging digital channels and social media platforms.
Own the integrity and accuracy of recruitment data, metrics, and reporting systems, using insights to guide strategic decisions and continuous process improvements.
Establish and monitor performance benchmarks and KPIs for TA processes, providing transparency and actionable insights to senior leadership.
Manage vendor relationships and partnerships to ensure quality service delivery, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with contractual obligations.
Lead stakeholder engagement with business partners and hiring managers to promote best practices, drive recruitment effectiveness, and ensure seamless collaboration.
Develop and/or identify innovative, creative and cost effective approaches for sourcing and selection that generate a pipeline of highly desirable and diverse candidates
Manage attain targeted Source Mix, increase output of low costing hiring sources.
Champion compliance with all internal policies and external legal regulations related to talent acquisition, mitigating risks through proactive governance.
Participate actively in new talent acquisition initiatives, innovation projects, and organizational change efforts as assigned by senior management.

Employee Experience
Drive strategic projects with head of CoE to enable end to end seamless experience during the entirety of the employee lifecycle.
Drive execution of standardized efficient services for people lifecycle, calendar events to support people strategies.
Work closely with HR Digital team to drive automation opportunities for HR processes workflows for enhanced employee experience; benchmark market best practices.

Desired Qualifications
Postgraduate from a Tier 1 or 2 institute.
Working experience in a reputed national or international company for 15+ years
Must have worked in an environment having used Automated processes for hiring.
Proven track record of conceptualizing and implementing talent acquisition initiatives.
Team Player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can function effectively at all levels of an organization.
Ability to negotiate and actively facilitate change in culture, strategy, process etc.
Project management skills with a proven track record for delivery of practical business solutions.
