Educational Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Preference: Geography, History, Political Science, Public Administration, Economics, Sociology, or related subjects). Master's Degree preferred but not mandatory. UPSC aspirants who have appeared in Mains/Interview will be given preference. Required Experience Minimum 2–5 years of experience in UPSC content creation. Experience in writing: UPSC Prelims Current Affairs GS Mains Model Answers Editorial Analysis Monthly Current Affairs Magazines Issue-based Notes Geography Optional / Other Optional Subjects (if applicable) Test Series Questions and Solutions Essential Skills Strong understanding of UPSC CSE syllabus and exam trends. Ability to prepare exam-oriented content from: PIB PRS Government Reports Economic Survey India Year Book NITI Aayog Reports Newspapers (The Hindu, Indian Express, etc.) Excellent command over English and/or Hindi. Ability to create: Infographics Flowcharts Mind Maps Value-added content for Mains answers. Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and AI-assisted content tools. Preferred Qualifications UPSC Mains qualified candidates. Candidates with Optional Subject expertise (especially Geography Optional). Experience in EdTech or Civil Services Coaching Institutes.
