Typical Hours : 10am - 8pm (with breaks)

If you're strong at written communication and prefer WhatsApp-first advisory, start here.
Calls increase gradually based on customer preference.
Shifts : 12pm - 9pm
Who We’re Looking For:
Clear, empathetic communication: You can simplify without dumbing down.
Customer instinct + backbone: Helpful, but not a pushover
Detail orientation: Small errors create big claim problems later.
Comfort with ambiguity: Real customer situations are messy
English fluency : Other Indian languages are a plus
Basic tech comfort: Tools, CRM-like workflows.
No Insurance experience required. We'll train you.
Training & Growth
If you're new to insurance, we'll train you from zero with a structured program. The goal isn't "learn scripts". It's learning to think like an advisor who can sell ethically.

Once you complete our application, you’ll be asked to submit a short video resume. Submitting it is mandatory as it gives a chance to get to know you before the formal process and we will not be able to consider your application without it.
