Compensation and Growth Opportunity
This position offers a performance-based compensation model. This role has a clear pathway to a permanent, full-time leadership position within CCREST as the organization continues to grow.

CCREST is not simply looking for someone to complete tasks. We are looking for a candidate who takes ownership, thinks strategically, communicates with integrity, and genuinely cares about building something meaningful. The right person for this role sees the performance-based model as an opportunity rather than a limitation. They are proactive, resourceful, and not waiting to be told what to do next. They understand that in a growing organization, their contribution directly shapes the outcome for everyone involved.
