About the Role

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Sales / Business Development Executive to join our growing marketing team. You will play a key role in driving lead generation, building strong client relationships, and helping businesses grow through our digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct lead mining: Identify, research, and target potential clients to generate high-quality business opportunities.
Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to pitching and closing deals.
Understand client business needs and propose customized digital marketing solutions (SEO, Social Media, Branding, Websites, PPC).
Conduct compelling presentations and product/service demos for decision-makers.
Develop and maintain a strong prospective client network to ensure sustainable growth.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our services effectively.
Maintain and update the sales database.

Key Skills & Requirements

Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably within a Digital Marketing or Advertising Agency, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, deliver persuasive presentations, and engage with clients at all organizational levels.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Strong ability to research, identify, and qualify potential leads, build a structured sales pipeline, and proactively follow up to convert opportunities into successful deals.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Good understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Branding, Website Development, and PPC campaigns, enabling you to propose tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Tools & Technology: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), Microsoft Excel, Email Outreach Tools, and Social Media Platforms. Experience with CRM systems is an added advantage.
Self-Motivation & Goal Orientation: Highly self-driven and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently achieve results.
Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships, understand business challenges, and provide consultative solutions.
Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and the evolving digital marketing landscape.
