Full job description

Role Overview: We’re looking for a detail-oriented experienced Loan Processor to support Australian brokers with end to-end loan application management. You’ll play a key role in ensuring fast, accurate, and compliant processing while delivering a seamless client experience

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in Australian mortgage broking support
Australian Mortgage Experience is a must
Strong knowledge of lending policies
Experience with loan packaging and credit processes
Good financial analysis skills
Proficiency in CRM system (Infynity preferred)
Hands-on experience with Australian mortgage aggregators (e.g. Connective) and broker platforms/CRMs such as Mercury Nexus
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Fluent English (additional languages like Hindi/Gujarati a plus)

Key Responsibilities:‍

Process loan applications from submission to approval
Conduct client interviews and gather financial information
Complete Fact Finds, servicing calculations, and pricing comparisons
Research lender policies and identify suitable loan options
Prepare and package compliant loan applications
Maintain CRM (Infynity, Mercury, AFG) and complete BID documents
Liaise with lenders, BDMs, and stakeholders to progress applications
Resolve application issues and ensure timely approvals
Provide admin support (calls, scheduling, reports, valuations)
Communicate effectively with clients, brokers, and banks

Work Mode & Hours:

In-office (Ahmedabad) for local candidates; remote for those based outside
Working hours aligned to AEST, Monday to Friday
