As a Healthcare Recruiter at Nao Medical, you will play a critical role in scaling our clinical and operational teams. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across provider roles (Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants), as well as key onshore positions.
This role requires someone who is highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract top talent and ensure a strong and consistent hiring process.

Full-Cycle Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment for provider roles (MDs, NPs, PAs) and onshore positions
Source, screen, and interview candidates while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and drive efficient hiring decisions

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals and corporate candidates
Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound outreach

Stakeholder Management
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Provide regular updates on pipeline status, hiring progress, and market insights

Process Optimization
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, workflows, and candidate experience
Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure data integrity
Education:
Experience and Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition

Proven experience recruiting for provider roles such as Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, or Physician Assistants is strongly preferred

Experience hiring for onshore or corporate roles is a plus

Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify high-quality candidates in competitive markets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with UKG Ready and other ATS/HRIS platforms
