Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and capability)
- Performance Incentive: 2% of Net Sales generated across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Shopify and other online channels

About The Role
We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial E-Commerce Growth Operator who wants to build and scale a consumer brand from the ground up.
This is not a routine account management role. We are looking for someone who can think like a founder, take ownership of results, solve problems independently and manage every aspect of an online business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for marketplace growth, product launches, advertising, operations, inventory planning, content coordination, analytics and business execution.
This role provides direct exposure to building a high-growth consumer brand and offers significant upside through performance incentives.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management
- End-to-end management of Amazon Seller Central
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions and catalog health
- Monitor account performance and compliance
- Handle support cases, reimbursements, inventory issues and operational escalations
- Manage marketplace expansion opportunities
Amazon SEO & Conversion Optimization
- Keyword research and competitor analysis
- Listing creation and optimization
- Product titles, bullet points, descriptions and backend keywords
- A+ Content and Brand Store management
- Improve organic rankings and conversion rates
Performance Marketing & PPC
- Manage Amazon PPC campaigns
- Launch and optimize Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand and Sponsored Display campaigns
- Monitor TACOS, ACOS, ROAS and profitability
- Identify growth opportunities through advertising and promotions
Product Launch & GTM
- Execute new product launch plans
- Conduct competitor research and category analysis
- Develop launch strategies across marketplaces
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback
Creative & Brand Development
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers and video creators
- Develop listing images, videos and A+ Content
- Coordinate social media activities and influencer campaigns
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional calendars
Supply Chain & Operations
- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers
- Manage purchase orders and inventory planning
- Coordinate imports, freight forwarding, warehousing and logistics partners
- Monitor stock levels and prevent inventory shortages
Analytics & Business Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Track revenue, profitability and advertising performance
- Monitor business KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Recommend actions based on data analysis
Required Skills
- 1-5 years of Amazon or E-Commerce experience
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central
- Experience managing PPC campaigns
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Excellent project management and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving mindset
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Wellness or FMCG categories
- Experience with Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra or Shopify
- Experience using Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive or similar tools
- Understanding of inventory planning and supply chain operations
- Experience coordinating agencies, freelancers and content creators
