BA with Process Consultant – AI & Automation (Medical Affairs Pharma Domain)

Location: Remote
Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)
Experience: 3–9 Years

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI & Automation Business Analyst with strong Pharmaceutical Medical Affairs domain expertise to support digital transformation, AI, and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will partner with Medical Affairs stakeholders, business teams, and technology teams to define requirements, optimize processes, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Medical Affairs stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Identify opportunities for AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, and process optimization within Medical Affairs functions.
Translate business requirements into user stories, epics, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Conduct current-state and future-state process assessments, gap analysis, and workflow optimization.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution discussions.
Work closely with Product Owners, Development Teams, Data Teams, and Automation Teams to deliver business solutions.
Support Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and UAT.
Drive digital transformation initiatives across Medical Affairs processes and platforms.
Ensure requirements traceability, documentation, compliance, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Support change management, user adoption, training, and process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

3–9 years of Business Analyst experience.
Mandatory experience in Pharmaceutical Medical Affairs.
Strong understanding of Medical Affairs business processes and operations.
Experience working on AI, Generative AI, Automation, Digital Transformation, or Process Improvement initiatives.
Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) and process optimization.
Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or other GenAI platforms.
Exposure to Intelligent Automation, RPA, Power Automate, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere.
Knowledge of Pharma compliance, GxP, FDA, and regulatory standards.
Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma.

Pay: ₹763,378.56 - ₹2,006,965.80 per year
