Full job description

Role: Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Remote
Team: Learning Experience Design (LXD)

Why this role exists

Learning isn’t slides anymore. It’s stories, systems, moments, and visuals that make people pause, think, and act. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll help bring learning experiences to life visually. You’ll work closely with instructional designers, writers, and animators to turn ideas into engaging learning experiences that employees actually want to complete.

This role is for someone in the middle of their graphic design journey who want to learn, experiment boldly, and build a strong portfolio in the learning experience design space.

What you’ll do

Design visual assets for eLearning modules, presentations, toolkits, games, and learning marketing campaigns’ collaterals (emailers, brochures, etc)
Create layouts, icons, and illustrations that support learning modules and in-house marketing content
Adapt brand guidelines into engaging, learning-friendly visuals
Support animation and video projects with static design assets and storyboards
Collaborate with instructional designers to translate complex ideas into simple visuals
Iterate designs based on feedback from senior designers and clients
Maintain visual consistency across modules and learning journeys

What we’re looking for

4–6 years of experience in graphic design (agency, studio, freelance counts). Experience in e-learning or Learning and development is a plus.
Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva (Figma is a plus)
An eye for detail and a willingness to refine and rework
Curiosity about how people learn and how visuals can improve understanding
Ability to take feedback positively and apply it quickly
A portfolio (student or professional) that shows thinking, not just final output
