We got over 500 responses in my first post and majority were not relevant. PLEASE HELP YOURSELF AND DON'T APPLY IF YOU don't have verifiable successful closure experience with State of SC, NC, ME, MI, MS, FL, PA, VA, TX client. We will ask for position id and resume. RIght recruiter would have relevant experience with these client and succssful closure experience. We are looking for recruiters who have closed 5-9 closures in a year with these cleints.

You will not be picked if you don't have US IT Staffing experience for State clients. So please save your time.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a US IT Technical Recruiter with successful history of making public sector closures . The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, hiring, and technical recruiting. The Technical Recruiter will also be responsible for communication and maintaining relationships with candidates.

Qualifications

Full-life cycle recruiting and Technical Recruiting skills
Ability to effectively communicate with candidates (and their employers if required)
Experience in hiring and staffing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the software industry is a plus

Experience and ethics

Must have impeccable ethics and honesty.

Must have at least 5 years of experience resourcing for public sector clients in the USA

Must have a consistent track record of making 6+ closures in a year.

Must be able expert in rate negotiation

Experience working on US EST time zone.
