QA Engineer

Company: Nvizion Solutions

Role Summary

The QA Engineer is responsible for planning, executing and managing end-to-end testing activities for Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) implementations. The role ensures that Product, Raw Material and Packaging Material master data solutions meet functional, integration, data quality, performance and business requirements before production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare QA strategy, test plans, test scenarios, test cases and test data.

· Perform Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.

· Validate Product, Raw Material and Packaging Material master data processes.

· Verify data modelling, workflows, business rules, hierarchies, Golden Records and data quality rules.

· Validate integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, ETQ Quality Management System (QMS), Product Management System (PMS) and Snowflake.

· Execute API and interface testing using REST services and batch integrations.

· Perform data migration validation, reconciliation and data integrity checks.

· Log, track and retest defects while working closely with developers and business analysts.

· Prepare QA reports, defect metrics and test completion reports.

· Support Go-Live, Hypercare and Warranty Support.

Required Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.

· 5–8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.

· Minimum 3 years of experience testing Informatica IDMC or enterprise MDM solutions.

· Experience with Manufacturing, FMCG or Supply Chain implementations is preferred.

· Strong knowledge of SQL, API testing and data validation.

· SAP S/4HANA

· SAP Ariba

· ETQ Quality Management System (QMS)

· Product Management System (PMS)

· Snowflake

· REST APIs, Postman, SQL

· Jira / Azure DevOps

Preferred Certifications

· ISTQB Certified Tester

· Informatica Cloud MDM

· Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ)

What Success Looks Like

· Deliver comprehensive test coverage across all project workstreams.

· Ensure high-quality releases with minimal production defects.

· Support successful SIT, UAT, Go-Live and Hypercare.

· Maintain complete test documentation and defect traceability.
