Full job description

Job Title: Senior Tax Advisor (CPA/EA – US Tax Preparation)
Location: Remote (with rotational PSTUS timings)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA
Work Timings: 9PM to 6AM IST (Night shift)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Tax Advisor to join our tax
advisory team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or
Enrolled Agent (EA) with hands-on experience using UltraTax software and deep expertise
in US tax preparation and compliance. This role involves preparing, reviewing, and delivering accurate individual and business tax returns for US clients, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations. You will engage with US tax workflows, support client deliverables, and contribute to continuous improvement of tax processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and file accurate US federal and state tax returns (individuals, partnerships, S-CORP, C-CORP, etc.) using UltraTax software.
- Review tax documents and client financial data for completeness, accuracy, and
compliance with IRS rules.
- Conduct tax research, identify tax planning opportunities, and ensure compliance
with current tax laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather tax information and clarify discrepancies.
- Resolve tax notices with federal and state agencies, as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality deliverables and workflow efficiency.
- Participate in training and professional development during the 3-month US time rotational onboarding period.

Qualifications:

- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or EA (Enrolled Agent)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant US tax preparation experience (public-accounting / tax
practice).
- Strong proficiency in UltraTax and US tax compliance software.
- Demonstrated experience with preparation of individual and business - tax returns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Work Schedule & Training:

-Rotational shifts covering US working hours.
- Month structured training on US tax rules and UltraTax systems (all US timing) before full
transition to expected shift schedule.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
