Meridian Coach Training & Coach Network Program
Role Purpose
Strengthscape is building a premium coach network for Meridian. We are looking for a Sales & Coach Onboarding Specialist who can identify, engage, qualify, and onboard coaches, counsellors, psychologists, therapists, and coach-training professionals into the Meridian Coach Training Program.
This is a relationship-led role requiring excellent spoken communication, warmth, maturity, consultative selling ability, and strong follow-up discipline. The person should be comfortable speaking with professionals from coaching, counselling, psychology, therapy, education, and training backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
The person will be responsible for reaching out to potential coach partners, explaining the Meridian coach opportunity at a high level, conducting first-level onboarding conversations, tracking interest, coordinating next steps, and helping move suitable coaches into the training and onboarding process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify and engage potential coaches, counsellors, therapists, psychologists, relationship counsellors, ICF coaches, and psychology graduates.
- Conduct warm, professional first-level calls with interested coach prospects.
- Explain the opportunity, training pathway, commercial model, selection process, and commitment expectations clearly.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure no proprietary assessment or methodology details are shared before the required approval stage.
- Assess initial fit based on background, communication style, professional maturity, ethics, cultural sensitivity, availability, and comfort with online delivery.
- Coordinate application, NDA, onboarding, and training cohort movement.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and update prospect status regularly.
- Work comfortably with automated systems, CRM tools, dashboards, email follow-up tools, and structured onboarding workflows.
- Prepare short summaries of coach prospects for internal review.
- Follow up consistently until the coach is accepted, rejected, held, or moved into the training cohort.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have experience in one or more of the following:
- Sales or admissions for coach training programs
- Counselling, therapy, psychology, wellness, or mental health program sales
- Recruitment or onboarding of coaches, trainers, counsellors, therapists, or facilitators
- Working with coaching academies, counselling centers, therapy platforms, wellness platforms, edtech, or training organizations
- Consultative sales involving professional audiences
Required Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in sales, partnerships, admissions, enrollment, recruitment, coach onboarding, or professional services sales.
- Prior exposure to coaching, counselling, therapy, psychology, wellness, learning and development, or training programs will be preferred.
- Experience working with CRM systems, email follow-ups, dashboards, and structured sales processes.
- Comfortable with online meetings, phone calls, email communication, and automated workflow tools.
Skills Required

Key Success Measures
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Number of relevant coach prospects contacted.
- Quality of conversations conducted.
- Number of interested coaches shortlisted.
- Number of pre-onboarding calls completed.
- Accuracy of CRM and internal system updates.
- Number of suitable coaches moved to NDA, application, review, and training cohort stages.
- Quality and diversity of coach pool created across regions, languages, and professional backgrounds.
- Confidentiality and process compliance.
Confidentiality Requirement
Meridian is a pre-launch, IP-sensitive initiative. The person in this role must not share proprietary assessment details, scoring logic, report structure, coach manuals, client tools, AI prompts, or detailed methodology before the approved stage.
All coach conversations must follow approved messaging and disclosure guidelines.

The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken communication skills, a warm professional manner, strong follow-up discipline, and the ability to work with CRM and automated onboarding systems. Prior experience in coach training, counselling, therapy, wellness, psychology education, or professional training sales will be preferred.
