What You Will Do:
Vista is building a world-class finance organization, and we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team. This role will have two main responsibilities –
Analyze and interpret data to understand key drivers of the financial results to drive actionable insights
Prepare standardized reports and written analysis for weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews for finance leadership and other key stakeholders
Drive reporting and process improvements with key users and stakeholders
Drive the annual budget and forecasting processes
Drive the month-end close process including review of accounting entries, trends, and operating expenses
Be a proficient user of Vista’s financial reporting tools
Communicate across the global finance organization and corporate stakeholders
2. As a part of FP&A Centre of Excellence
This remote-first position will be based in Bengaluru, India and report to FP&A Manager.

Previous experience working in a high performing team
Ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment
Intellectual curiosity and comfort driving progress independently
Strong understanding of financial statements and profitability drivers
Fluent in English and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Data Visualization Tools (i.e. Tableau, Looker) and advanced Excel skills
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or similar field. CA preferred.
3-5+ years progressive work experience in FP&A or similar field
