ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time Sales Manager role located on-site in Rewari, covering Manesar and Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategies to meet sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and supervising sales team activities. Other responsibilities include analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to optimize customer satisfaction, and providing regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

▪ Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, investors, brokers, and channel partners

▪ Coordinate with marketing, legal, CRM, and finance teams for smooth execution of sales

▪ Supervise and guide sales team activities to drive performance and accountability

▪ Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

▪ Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to leadership

QUALIFICATIONS

▪ Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Client Acquisition, and Revenue Generation

▪ Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Interpersonal Communication skills

▪ Proficiency in Market Analysis, Negotiation, and Decision-Making

▪ Ability to manage client relationships and nurture long-term partnerships

▪ Results-driven attitude with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

▪ Proficiency in using CRM tools and business software

▪ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field

▪ 15+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
