Antalya Hotel, situated in the serene Tapovan area near Laxman Jhula, Rishikesh, offers guests a unique blend of comfort, luxury, and scenic beauty. Our hotel features spacious halls for restorative experiences, an open-air deck surrounded by mesmerizing waterways and mountains, and the only restaurant in Rishikesh with a seating capacity of 120 covers. We are committed to providing exceptional hospitality, ensuring our guests reconnect with themselves, others, and the world around them.

Job Description: As a Housekeeping Executive at Antalya Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will lead the housekeeping team, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are impeccably maintained, reflecting our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
Assign tasks and rooms to Room Attendants, ensuring timely and thorough cleaning.
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness meets hotel standards.
Respond promptly to guest requests and address any concerns related to housekeeping services.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
Train new housekeeping staff on hotel policies, cleaning procedures, and customer service standards.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including room status and maintenance needs.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies throughout the hotel.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with hotel management systems.
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
