Testing of raw materials, intermediates, finished products, and process samples.
Supervise testing using wet chemistry and instrumental techniques such as GC, HPLC, UV-Vis, FTIR, KF etc.
Review of analytical data, trend reports, and Certificates of Analysis.
Maintain laboratory records including, SOPs, STPs, logbooks, calibration records, and analytical worksheets.
Ensure adherence to approved test methods, specifications, and customer-specific requirements.
Troubleshoot analytical issues and deviations.
Ensure controlled documentation of SOPs, STPs, specifications, batch sample records, and logbooks
Maintain data integrity and traceability of analytical results
Support ERP-based laboratory systems
Investigate OOS, OOT, customer complaints, and process deviations
Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Participate in internal audits, external audits, and customer audits
Supervise, & train QC chemists, analysts, and technicians
Allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure skill development
Enforce laboratory safety, housekeeping, and good laboratory practices
