Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications: As per AICTE Norms for all respective cadres (B.E./B.Tech & M.E./M.Tech in relevant branch for Engineering; First-class MBA/PGDM for Management; Ph.D. preferred/mandatory as per specific post requirements).
Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching, research, or industrial experience.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

Deliver high-quality lectures, practical sessions, and mentorship to students.
Engage in curriculum development, continuous evaluation, and university examination duties.
Actively contribute to research papers, patents, consultancy projects, and grant proposals.
Participate in departmental administrative duties, accreditation processes (NBA/NAAC), and student clubs.
